    2.1.  Objectives

    Our objectives for SEO clients are usually categorised within the following options:

    • increase in organic traffic via search engines, &/or
    • increase in awareness, in the form of thought leader and branding purposes, &/or
    • which leads to increase in sales, appointments scheduled or calls from organic traffic via online sales

    2.2. Target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    Our SEO campaigns will be evaluated based on KPIs. Depending on your campaign, we have the following KPIs that can be included within your campaign:

    • Minimum 10-30% keywords in top 10 results or page 1 within 6 months
    • 100-300% OR 10-20 new leads per month (depending on client’s industry and products or services) within 6 months

     

    Other Secondary KPIs can include:

    • Increase in the positions of keywords ranking on Google (determined by AHRefs, SEMRush or Search Console); or
    • Increase in the number of keywords ranking on Google (determined by AHRefs, SEMRush or Search Console); or
    • Increase in clicks, impressions on Google (Search Console)
    • Number of digital assets created

    2.3. Target Audience

    Depending on your marketing goals, we will establish a target audience so your campaign can be best suited to target them. A few questions for critical thinking when it comes to target audience includes:

    • Are you targeting only a particular demographic for your SEO campaign (and targeting another using other channels such as social media)?
    • Do you want to be seen as a thought-leader, hence an educational campaign is more appropriate for you?
    • Are your target audience the crowd who will be using SEO to find you? Or rather, will SEO get you the crowd you want?

    Using these questions and other information gathered, we will be creating content that is SEO-optimised that targets the above audience including:

    • Inspirational content
    • Educational content
    • Localised content

     

    2.4. Budget

    2.5. Proposed brand angle or product positioning

    Based on our consultation, we are creating articles and content which can included but not limited to:

    • Friendly: Information on website and blogs will be more casual tone
    • Professional/Expert: Articles shares furniture styling tips and guides to our target audience.
    • Knowledgeable/Thought-leader: Content style will be informative as well, and content can possibly be angled to answer a lot of questions.
