Commercial Interior Design in Singapore
Commercial Interior Design Client

The Client
This interior design company for commercial spaces such as offices, retail, restaurants, etc. has a website that has been live for years. However, the site does not rank for most of the search terms that potential design buyers would use and therefore does not bring in any qualified organic traffic. Paid search is not part of the plan.
The Challenge
According to Ahrefs Site Explorer, the website’s organic traffic trajectory was stagnant from 2022 to late 2025. This meant that for the greater part of the said period, the website was receiving roughly 20-60 visits per month. It also had very poor keyword coverage (about 8 keywords), a Domain Rating near 2.1, and about 62 referring domains.
As a commercial-design interior company competing in a highly competitive Singapore market, the site was not providing any substantial leads. The brief from TheLeadingSolution was simple – increase non-branded search visibility for commercial-interior and retail-interior design-based keywords to establish authority and skip paid search.
The Growth
Three levers worked together.
Content Matched to Buyer Search
[YJ: confirm cadence and that listicles were the primary format from the start.] New and refreshed articles under /blogs/ targeted commercial, retail, and office interior design queries in Singapore. By May 2026, Ahrefs Site Explorer Top pages showed blog listicles carrying roughly 60–70% of organic traffic (in one mid-May snapshot, a single listicle alone near 70%).
AI SEO As a Production Layer
[YJ: how AI was used — research, outlines, drafts, on-page optimisation, internal linking — with human review. Avoid implying automated spam.]
Link Building and Authority
Referring domains rose from about 62 to 368 (Ahrefs Site Explorer, early June 2026); Domain Rating from roughly 2.1 to 3.5. [YJ: high-level link approach — no vendor or client names.] On-page and technical hygiene ran in parallel [YJ: note any crawl / IA fixes worth mentioning]. Ahrefs continued to show 0 paid traffic.
The Result
