The Client

Recently getting a Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) license in Singapore, prominent in the real estate investment industry, the client has won many awards under their belt as a property co-investment platform. 

To expand their digital presence, they engaged us to dominate the search engine market in several countries, building a massive content hub with more than 20 content pillars. 

The Challenge

Firstly, the client wants to build a content hub that can generate a lot of leads for them, through a very diversified set of keywords such as investing, real estate investments, investments in different countries, passive income, and REITs, as well as a broader topic.

Next, they want strong SEO to compete with local and overseas competitors, including decades-old brands and portals. They engaged us to help them to compete with established, strong competitors, on top of the fact the investment space is one of the toughest to rank for.

We then did content creation and copywriting to rank for several thousands of keywords.

The Growth

The client started off with rapid results, with the first increase in keywords and traffic value within the first 3 weeks. As we continue building more links, the results became more extreme.

We ranked for many keywords in 1) different industries and 2) different countries, such as Australia, Indonesia, the United Kingdom, the United States and Singapore. This is the result of a global SEO effort.

Coupled with the client's strong social media marketing and PR, their presence has greatly expanded despite being a relatively young start-up.
