The Client
Recently getting a Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) license in Singapore, prominent in the real estate investment industry, RealVantage has won many awards under its belt as a property co-investment platform.
To expand their digital presence, they engaged us to dominate the search engine market in several countries, building a massive content hub with more than 20 content pillars.
The Challenge
Firstly, the client wanted to build a content hub that could generate a lot of leads for them, through a very diversified set of keywords such as investing, real estate investments, investments in different countries, passive income, and REITs, as well as other broader topics.
Next, they wanted strong SEO to compete with local and overseas competitors, including decades-old brands and portals. They engaged us to help them compete with established and strong competitors. Needless to say, the investment space is one of the toughest to rank for.
We then did content creation and copywriting to rank for several thousands of keywords and started noticing results instantly.
Growth
The client started seeing rapid results, with the first increase in keywords and traffic value within the first 3 weeks. As we continued building more links and providing more SEO services, the results became more and more promising.
We ranked for many keywords in 1) different industries and 2) different countries, such as Australia, Indonesia, the United Kingdom, the United States and Singapore. This was the result of a global SEO effort by our trained and qualified team of professionals.
Coupled with the client's strong social media marketing and PR, their presence has greatly expanded over the years, despite being a relatively young start-up.
Results
RealVantage has seen consistent improvement in its organic traffic and ranking in Google search results with the monthly traffic reaching up to 2300+ visitors. This translates to a traffic value of SCG 1,310 per month.
This traffic is purely organic for which we did not have to pay for.
